If under the required minimum age, you agree that ChattingAway is to be indemnified and held unaccountable for any content viewed, shown, sent, or administered to or by you, even if ChattingAway's staff, partners, or providers are aware of, or have been informed of such content.
 
Please respect network staff and other users. Harassment is frowned upon.

ChattingAway Network staff, partners, and/or providers, will never ask for your password for your channels and/or nicks. If someone claims to be staff, please report this to #Help immediately.
 
Impersonation of staff or recognized developers is strictly forbidden. 
 
Harmful activities are also strictly forbidden. Harmful activities include, but are not limited to: nuking, flooding, and spamming.
 
Users are limited to 3 connections per host, unless an arrangement for additional connections have been made. 
 
Bots used for statistical means, channel monitoring, or games, are permitted. Bots used for harmful or illegal activities are forbidden. 
Please ask in #help if you are not sure which category your bot falls under.
 
Malicious and/or illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated. 
This includes, but is not limited to: Mass-Scale warez, BotNets, distribution and/or sharing of child pornography or other adult content, hacking, and/or DDoS attacks.
 
Legal adult content is only permitted if the channel is strictly 18+ and enforced. It is also required to be stated in the channel topic that the channel is 18+. If adult related content is in the topic, please set the channel to +s mode. If this requirement is not met, the channel and channel owner may be removed.
 
Advertising your channel in another channel without the consent of the channel management of that channel is forbidden. 
 
Usage of foul language in #Help is forbidden. For other channels, ask the channel operators for channel specific rules. Network staff will not intervene with user channels unless the channel is in violation of network policies. Channel management is left to the channel operators, and therefore, we will not be able to unban you from another channel.

Network staff reserves the right to drop any ban appeal requests at any time with or without notice.
 
Channel creation and registration is completely free and unrestricted for everyone unless you have committed inappropriate activities and have been banned from channel registration.
 
You are responsible for your channel's content and visitors. If your channel causes trouble to other channels and both channel owners cannot find a peaceful resolve, the network staff may shutdown, temporarily or permanently, any or both channels.
 
If any of your channel visitors violates these terms expressed in this policy, it is your duty to moderate the channel. If you need assistance moderating your own channel, you may request network staff assistance.
 
Abuse can be reported in #Help or by email to abuse@chattingaway.com. 
 
Usage of ChattingAway is restricted, but not limited to, the conditions stated above. The conditions may vary from time to time and we reserve the right to add/edit/remove terms expressed here, with or without notice. 

We also reserve the right to enforce or not enforce these terms in any manner deemed necessary. ChattingAway staff will interpret this policy if there is ambiguity as to how it applies to your situation. We reserve the right to stop offering service temporarily or permanently to any or all parties with or without prior notice.
 
Access to this network is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the network at any time with or without reason.
